Patrick has 18 years of IT expertise, with deep knowledge in operational excellence, infrastructure management, and cloud platforms, all within the IT industry. Patrick leads the Client Operations team who supports and operates the environments that our clients depend on. Spending over a decade in healthcare, Patrick understands the criticality of reliable platforms and scalable operations.

Prior to Netgain, Patrick has had multiple leadership roles such as lead infrastructure and operations for a national healthcare provider and leading IT infrastructure, operations, and security for the world’s largest teleradiology services provider. 

When he’s not keeping the IT systems up and running, he can be found outdoors snowboarding down a mountain or off backpacking in the woods, far away from cellular service and electricity.
