Finally, a leadership team that gets IT.
Chief Executive Officer
Kevin Lynch joined the Netgain team in 2016 as CEO, carrying on the values and traditions founded by Scott Warzecha. Founder & Executive Chairman
In 2000, Scott Warzecha set out to build a business that would relieve the frustration of owning technology and giving small- and medium-sized organizations access to a trusted IT adviser. A detail-oriented person with over 35 years of experience in business technologies, Scott has the knowledge and expertise to deliver value-added services to clients. He received a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Concordia College in St. Paul and has worked extensively in technology sales.
In a world where most IT services are brusque and impersonal, Scott works to create a lasting relationship between Netgain and the organizations it serves. Dedicated to giving clients an exceptional experience, Scott goes the extra mile to ensure a job well done — whether it is a simple task or a major undertaking.
In 2014, Scott was awarded Minnesota State Small Business Owner of the Year, as well as Central Minnesota Entrepreneur of the Year. He also received the Entrepreneurial Spirit Award from Junior Achievement in 2008.
