Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Sumeet leads the charge to establish Netgain as the preeminent multicloud Managed Services Provider across Healthcare and Fintech verticals. Sumeet is a veteran in technology services and has been at the helm of several successful ventures over the past 25 years. Prior to Netgain, Sumeet led Navisite’s transformation from legacy managed hosting to hybrid multicloud managed services, unlocking accelerated growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and expanding Navisite’s footprint globally. Before Navisite, Sumeet held senior roles at several consulting and IT services companies including Intrasphere and Sapient. At Sapient, Sumeet led international expansion across key markets including India and Australia.
Sumeet holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Cornell University.
VP of Finance
As Vice President of Finance, Jamie Gleason is responsible for all financial operations, including accounting, financial planning and analytics, metrics and reporting, and financial controls. He brings with him more than 27 years of finance experience and has held management roles in organizations across a variety of sectors, including professional services, manufacturing, distribution, fabrication, integration, and transportation.
Chief Information Security Officer
As Chief Information Security Officer at Netgain, Kshitij Kathuria is responsible for embedding security into the foundation of business operations – both for Netgain as an organization, but also for our clients. Internally, Kshitij is focused on advancing Netgain’s internal governance, security controls, and compliance in line with new technologies and best practices. For clients, Kshitij drives the development of security-focused offerings to strengthen client security postures and serves as a valuable resource for such initiatives.
Kshitij brings more than two decades of experience across information security, privacy, regulatory compliance, and risk management, with specific domain experience in healthcare, finance, managed services, and cloud-based infrastructure. Most recently, Kshitij was the Security & Privacy Officer at TriNetX, a global health research network. In this role, he led the effort to get the organization ISO 27001:2013 certified, set up a security operations center (SOC), and led the security engineering and privacy functions. Prior to TriNetX, Kshitij held senior positions in Security Operations and Engineering at Oracle, TJX and NaviSite, a multi-cloud managed services provider.
Kshitij holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University and an MBA in Information Technology and Finance from FORE School of Management, New Delhi, India.
VP of Product
As Vice President of Product, Bill Sorenson leverages his 25 years of experience moving organizations to the cloud and leading businesses to secure environments as a senior technology leader. With a passion for cloud technology, Bill leads the product team in helping deliver robust, cost effective and compliant solutions to the accounting and healthcare industries, allowing organizations to meet and exceed their goals. He is a national speaker on both cloud computing and cyber security to organizations working to align strategies to assist in growth and security.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Bethel University.
VP of Client Operations
As Vice President of Client Operations, Patrick Williamson brings 18 years of IT expertise, with deep knowledge in IT operational excellence, infrastructure management and cloud platforms. Patrick leads the Client Operations team, where they support and operate the environments that our clients depend on. Spending over a decade in healthcare, Patrick understands the criticality of reliable platforms and scalable operations. Prior to Netgain, Patrick led infrastructure and operations for MEDNAX Health Solutions, a national healthcare provider, deploying modern technologies such as SD-WAN, Cloud Telephony and Azure, to uplift the capability and provide significant savings. Prior to that, Patrick led IT Infrastructure, Operations, and Security for vRad, the world’s largest teleradiology services provider.
Patrick attended the KRS Computer and Business School where he attained the Cisco Certified Networking Professional certification. He also completed the Management Development Program at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
