Sumeet Sabharwal
Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Sumeet leads the charge to establish Netgain as the preeminent multicloud Managed Services Provider across Healthcare, Legal, and Fintech verticals. Sumeet is a veteran in technology services and has been at the helm of several successful ventures over the past 25 years. Prior to Netgain, Sumeet led Navisite’s transformation from legacy managed hosting to hybrid multicloud managed services, unlocking accelerated growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and expanding Navisite’s footprint globally. Before Navisite, Sumeet held senior roles at several consulting and IT services companies including Intrasphere and Sapient. At Sapient, Sumeet led international expansion across key markets including India and Australia.

Sumeet holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Cornell University.



Pat Cathey

Pat Cathey
Chief Revenue Officer

As Chief Revenue Officer, Pat Cathey leverages a proven track record of consistently exceeding business targets while building high-value relationships with clients and business partners. He leads the sales and marketing teams at Netgain, working to establish both long- and short-range goals, strategies, plans and policies. Pat is a veteran business leader with more than three decades of experience in sales/marketing, consulting and client relations. Prior to Netgain, he served in executive positions at ClearDATA, Fujitsu Americas, Rackspace, Avnet, Arrow Electronics and IBM.

Pat holds an MBA from the University of Puget Sound and a BBA in Management from University of Notre Dame.



Ted Bienapfl

Ted Bienapfl
Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer, Ted Bienapfl is responsible for technology design, implementation, and operations. He leads the engineering and technical operations teams in managing the cloud and on-premise IT footprints for our clients in the Financial, Legal and Healthcare verticals. Prior to Netgain, Ted led technical teams in the mobile space and helped rebuild organizations in the massive scale internet news, ecommerce retailing and marketing industries in technology leadership, systems, network, storage and architecture roles. His passion is seeing technical teams succeed and working with them to achieve higher levels of quality, throughput and scale while reducing costs, inefficiencies and other negative impacts to positive growth.

Ted holds a Bachelor of Arts in Technical Geography from University of Minnesota-Duluth.



Paula Montgomery
General Manager of Legal

As the General Manager of Legal, Paula Montgomery provides overall leadership and guidance in positioning Netgain as a market leader in the law firm technology space. Paula is a technology industry veteran with over 25 years’ experience across law firm IT solutions, business operations, customer service and human resources. This experience has instilled a passion for working with the most innovative technologies that provide optimum capability at the lowest cost while also providing the best services possible to clients. Prior to Netgain, she held senior positions with Thomson Reuters Elite, Trianz, and Cisco.

Paula hold a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Saint Mary’s College of California.



Kris Tufto
VP of Financial Services Sales

As Vice President of Financial Services Sales, Kris Tufto leads the sales and account management team in creating short and long-term revenue expansion in the Fintech vertical. Kris draws on his entrepreneurial experience and expertise in early-stage companies to develop results-driven integrated growth plans in order to achieve revenue goals and identify and pursue mutually beneficial opportunities.

Kris holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from North Dakota State University.



Chad Coder
VP of Healthcare Sales
and Strategic Alliances

As Vice President of Healthcare Sales and Strategic Alliances, Chad brings with him the valuable lessons he has learned across his 15-year Healthcare IT Career. With his passion for improving Healthcare and leveraging Partner ecosystems to do so, Chad leads the Healthcare sales and account management team in positioning Netgain as a market leader. Prior to joining Netgain, Chad spent six years in a variety of roles from direct sales to partner management at ClearDATA, an exclusively Healthcare focused cloud computing and managed services organization. Before ClearDATA, Chad spent time in the world of Medical Imaging and Perioperative Documentation at Merge Healthcare (IBM) and Surgical Information Systems (SIS) respectively.

Chad holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Indiana University.



Tara Levin
VP of Legal Sales

As Vice President of Legal Sales, Tara Levin brings 18 years of experience working with law firms and corporate legal departments to improve their access to legal information and cloud technology. Tara leads the legal sales and account management team in positioning Netgain as a market leader while helping law firms become more efficient, secure and successful in the legal landscape. Prior to Netgain, Tara spent two years as the Director of Sales at Aderant working with firms in moving their practice management solution to the Cloud.  Tara also spent 16 years with Thomson Reuters helping law firms and the Fortune 500 innovate around legal information and technology.  Before moving into the technology field Tara practiced law as a Public Defender in Kansas City.

Tara holds a JD from the University of Missouri- Kansas City and received her Bachelor of Arts from Boston University.
