Steve Drohan
VP of Client Experience
As Vice President of Client Experience at Netgain, Steve Drohan leads all operational functions, including implementation, support, system operations, and research and development. He brings a strong track record of delivering high-quality service with a people-first mindset, ensuring Netgain clients receive a consistent and positive experience across every interaction.
Prior to joining Netgain, Steve served as Vice President of Service Delivery at Nuspire and Vice President of Security Operations at GBprotect, a managed security services provider (MSSP). He has also delivered major projects for organizations including Eli Lilly, Genuity, Texas Utilities, Bechtel and Johnson & Johnson.
Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Eastern Michigan University, a master’s degree from Biola University and a doctorate from Purdue University. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a Project Management Professional (PMP).
